Drake scores deal with Sprite!!!!

Young Money's Drake has been chosen to represent Sprite's first ever global marketing campaign labeled as the "Spark" campaign.

"The Spark Music Project," an online music mixing tool that is set to launch in March, encourages consumers to make their own music. The interactive site will let visitors remix music by hip hop artist Drake with music from emerging artists around the world. Users can share their remixes, as well as vote on other fan remixes, and save their song as mobile ring tone.

Drake said:

"My management brought it to me and explained the initial idea and the message behind it and I was all for it," Drake said in an interview. "The campaign is really about creativity through music and film and promotes fresh thinking and originality. I guess they recognized my potential based off what has happened with my music career in the last year. I think it's a great thing to be responsible, in a way, for exciting young kids."

Making moves....Drake will gain a couple more profile points with the campaign as he invades television and the Internet.
